This is the closest we ever came to recording total noisecore, 84 short bursts in less than 15 minutes. The entire recording was improvised in one sitting while visiting friends in Colorado and recorded direct to a cassette deck without any mixing. During the recording we all switched instruments at various times.

Ace of DISMEMBERED FETUS fame played drums on the some of the songs and played guitar and sang on others, Kevin of EAR BLEEDING DISORDER, DRATSAB, etc sang and played guitar and Big Chief Brian of E.B.D. did some backing vocals, all of which we had met only a day earlier. Ace and I had been writing each other and talking on the phone for a year or longer, but this was our first time meeting in person.

I’ve had a lot of people tell me this was their favorite C3L release. While I don’t think it’s a very good representation of our sound, it’s a lot of fun to listen to. The decision to play the guitar without distortion was pretty genius and gives this release a pretty distinct sound.
